IAC Remote Attendance System (iRAS)

Target Audience are the employee of the company for whom this application is developed, i.e. in this case, Interactive Group of Companies, Pakistan only.

All the employee of the company already have employee-id and their phone numbers are registered with HR department.
1) After installing app, user see verification screen.
2) Employee first input his/her employee number and his registered phone number that he/she had provided at time of joining.
- App takes, employee number, phone number and time, encrypt it and send as sms to HR attendance receiver number (HAR).
- Now user see verfication screen to put 4 letter verfication code being sent by HAR.
- HAR send 4 letter code to Employee number as sms, employee put the correct code and get verified.
-App ask user for permission to use phone GPS coordinate location while using application.
3) Employee phone/app is now attached. Now application will not ask for such details again and will give easy to use screen.
Now onward whenever user open app, he/she only see Screen with 2 buttons, check in and check out.
Check-in/out contain GPS coordinated, datetime, employee number, phonenumber, and encrypt it and send it to HAR
HAR may send confirmation Sms that either he is checkedin or not based on assigned job at particular location
